Privacy policy
The short version: this website collects almost nothing — the only personal data we receive is what you type into our audit form, and it goes straight to our email inbox. Our Vinted Sales Ledger Chrome extension collects nothing at all: everything it handles stays in your own browser and is never sent to us or anyone else.
This policy covers two things: the website modularenrichment.com and the Vinted Sales Ledger browser extension for Chrome. It's written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll give you a straight answer: [email protected].
1. The website (modularenrichment.com)
What we collect
- The audit request form. If you fill in our free audit form, we receive exactly what you typed: your name, business name, email address, the tools you use, and your question. The form is delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email relay service, which processes your submission solely to deliver it to us.
- Email you send us. If you email [email protected] (or click any contact link on the site), we receive whatever you choose to send.
What we use it for
One thing: replying to you. Form submissions are used to prepare and send the audit you asked for, and to follow up on that conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't send drip sequences, and we don't share or sell your details to anyone.
What we don't collect
- No analytics or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
- Hosting-level statistics only. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes standard web-server request data to serve the site and shows us aggregate traffic statistics (e.g. total visits by country). These aggregates don't identify individual visitors, and we don't see or store individual IP addresses.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and emails live in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is useful. If you'd like your messages deleted, ask and we'll delete them.
2. The Vinted Sales Ledger Chrome extension
Everything stays on your computer. The extension stores all of its data locally in your own browser and transmits nothing, to us or to anyone else.
- All data is stored locally. The sales information the extension keeps track of is saved in your browser's local extension storage (
chrome.storage) on your own device. It never leaves your browser. - Nothing is transmitted to any server. The extension has no backend, makes no calls to our servers (we don't have any for it), and sends no telemetry, analytics, or crash reports.
- We collect no personal data. As the developer, we receive nothing from the extension — not your sales data, not your Vinted account details, not your usage, not even the fact that you installed it.
- No third parties. Nothing is shared with, or sold to, anyone, because nothing is collected in the first place.
- Deleting your data. Your data is yours to delete at any time: clear it from within the extension, or remove the extension from Chrome — uninstalling deletes its local storage.
- Not affiliated with Vinted. The extension is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or associated with Vinted.
3. Client project data
If you hire us for dashboard or CRM work, the data you share for the project is governed by our project terms, which are stricter than most: it's processed only for your project, inside your own accounts wherever possible, deleted from our working environment 30 days after delivery, never used to train anything, and never resold. We'll sign an NDA on request.
4. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to the extension's privacy behaviour (there are no plans for any) would be stated prominently here and in the extension's store listing before they took effect.
